This is a 2 days workshop - learn how to apply various statistical tools to business data which is generated from businesses operating in the Service sector.     

SIX SIGMA for Manufacturing or Service Sectors (ISO13053)

Yellow Belt training

Length of training: 3 days

Learning objective: To understand the philosophy of Six Sigma and how it can be used within a business context. Following the 3 days it should be possible to do a project within a business and demonstrate use of the tools and techniques.

Lean Green Belt training

Length of training: Yellow Belt + 5 days

Learning objective: To understand the philosophy of Six Sigma and how it can be used within a business context. Following the 5 days it should be possible to do a project within a business and demonstrate use of a number of key tools and techniques. Further to this, a progress assessment will be undertaken on the final day, testing all aspects of the green belt course.

Lean Black Belt training

Length of training: Yellow Belt + Green Belt + 5 days

Learning objective: To understand the philosophy of Six Sigma and how it can be used within a business context. Following the 5 days it should be possible to do a project within a business and demonstrate use of a number of key tools and techniques. Further to this, a progress assessment will be undertaken on the final day, testing all aspects of the black belt course.

Certification

The trainer has an agreement with ENBIS (European Network of Business and Industrial Statistics) and they are the Certification body for this training. The course material covers all aspects of Six Sigma (ISO13053) plus some extra topics are covered to increase the likelihood of a success.
